Step 2 - Understand age groups
WMFC fields teams in Capital Football Open (mixed) and Girls competitions for U10 and U11 players.
Players should generally register for the age they are turning on their birthday in 2023, or the year they are in at school to be in a team with their school mates:
Age group | Birth year | School year |
U10 | 2014 | Year 4 |
U11 | 2013 | Year 5 |
Players born in 2015 who are in Year 4 this year may register in U10.
Step 3 - Register online
Click the link to register online with PlayFootball - Under 10 / Under 11 Player Registration.
For our female players, please select either the Girls or Opens competition depending on which group you have trialled with, and/or social group. This will help the people organising the teams to place you in the correct team.
