2019 Presentation day Miniroo & Junior - IMPORTANT UPDATED INFO
***Miniroos and Junior Presentations***
(now at Mount Stromlo High School - Badimara Cres, Waramanga).
Due to the weather forecast for Saturday 21st September, we have moved the Miniroos and Junior Presentations indoors.
The updated schedule is below:
8.00-9.30am SET UP
9.30-10.00am U6
10.00-10.30am U7
10.30-11.00am U8
11.00-11.30am U9
11.30- 12.00pm. U10 & U11
12.00-12.30pm U12, U13 & U14
12.30-1.00pm PACK UP
PLEASE NOTE: there will be NO jumping castle or face painters this year due to the expected weather - this is also the reason for the last minute venue change.
There will also be NO bbq or canteen due to an insufficient number of available volunteers.
**If you have time to help with set up, and pack down, please let us know**
COACHES VS REFEREES GAME: We still have Melrose Enclosed booked so if the weather holds off between 1.45-2.45pm, we will go ahead.
Note: we will decide on the day by MIDDAY if this will be cancelled.
