Dear WMFC Members,
At this meeting, we will present the following:
Special General Meeting (SGM)
Wednesday 26th April from 8.15pm – 9.00pm
The Raiders Weston Club,
(upstairs large loft room)
This Special General Meeting has been scheduled for all club members to attend and is
in lieu of an Annual General Meeting (AGM)**

7. Presentation of the new field configuration at Waramanga Ovals
8. Other business
** At the last Annual General Meeting (held 21st March 2016), a vote was taken and passed, on a special resolution to update part of the Constitution to effectively change the financial year to end on the 30th of September. This means that the WMFC Annual General Meeting will now be held after this date (proposed to be late October/early November).
