Message from WMFC President Kath Temple
On Monday 21st March, the WMFC 45th AGM was held at Raiders Weston. As a result of this meeting, many members of the existing Executive Committee chose to stand down after working hard for the club. I would like to thank those people for their time, efforts and service to‪#OurClubOurCommunity‬: Adrian Mullet (President); George Huang (Secretary); Jane Wood (Treasurer); David Hakaraia (Senior Chair); Bede Gahan (Junior Chair). The Executive Committee members continuing in their roles are Rodger Maconachie (Vice President); Michael Thompson (Member Protection Officer).
The new WMFC Executive Committee members are: Kath Temple (President): Andy Kehoe (Vice President); VACANT (Secretary); Stephen Ning (Treasurer); Chris Webb (Senior Chair); Karen Whalen (Junior Chair); Sarah Crittenden (position yet to be confirmed). We welcome all new and continuing members to the Executive Committee, who will be meeting this Wednesday 30 March to receive a handover from outgoing members and getting straight down to work for the club.
In the coming week, we will profile the Executive Committee so that everyone knows who we are and can recognise us at the grounds on the weekends.
VOLUNTEERS ARE IMPORTANT – there are many positions on sub committees that still need to be filled (the list will be posted later this week). If you would like to assist the club in some way, please consider volunteering your time for #OurClubOurCommunity.
Many thanks
Kath Temple

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
