Weston Molonglo is looking to implement a group-training model for the Girls under 10 teams this season.

All girls in the Under 10 age group will be trained together, at the one time, by 2 ‘C ‘licence coaches ( Michael Aldred and Richard Jalland ) with the help of a match day coach, pending on the numbers, the sessions may at times split into smaller groups pending the size of the group. While there may be a split based upon numbers or teams the drills and training will be the same. This will allow a consistent approach to training for all the girls in line with the FFA’s National Curriculum.

The training sessions will be held once a week, every Wednesday from 3.30pm – 5.00pm, at Waramanga fields.

The composition of the teams to be played on the weekends will be determined by the two C license coaches who will over the coming weeks look at the best options for the age group. 

The first training session will be held on

Time – 3.30pm- 5.00pm

Place- Waramanga 

The training sessions will be every Wednesday.

Please ensure you bring appropriate football wear (shinpads are mandatory) and refreshment.
