WMFC Seeking Support for Men’s CL program

Weston Molonglo FC is currently putting in place measures to improve the performance of our SL 1 (competing in the Capital League) and SL 2 teams and the attractiveness of these teams. By improving the attractiveness of these teams we hope to retain players coming through our junior ranks and encourage a return to WMFC of players who have gone to other clubs.

The aim is to have measures that enable WMFC to seamlessly transfer to the Men’s Premier League if we are ever fortunate enough to be granted a Premier League licence.

To this end we are scouting for the following volunteers:

1) An assistant SL1 coach
2) A sport’s trainer/physio for games

These roles might suit someone who has experience but in 2014 is unable fully commit to coaching a team due to other issues, or an enthusiastic younger person who is looking for exposure to senior football.

We would appreciate, should you become aware of anyone looking for voluntary work in one of more of these areas, if you could refer the person to either myself technical@wmfc.org.au or mcl@wmfc.org.au (Graeme Plath –MCL Coach).

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
