The committee, coaches, players, members and supporters of Armadale Soccer Club are pleased to announce that the club has been provisionally accepted to be a founding member of the National Premier League in Western Australia (NPL-WA) in season 2014.

This achievement was confirmed today (Tuesday 27 August 2013) by the governing body for soccer in WA, Football West, and is the culmination of:

• Significant work, effort and investment over the last two years to prepare our club for the future, both on and off the pitch; and
• Participation in the recent expression of interest and assessment process for the NPL, including presentations to Football West with regards to the recent achievements and future plans for our club.

Armadale currently operates as a single integrated club across senior and junior ranks, and will continue to develop this model further with existing, and new, junior initiatives including futsal, pre-season carnivals, player auctions, senior players assisting with junior coaching, match day mascots and family days at NPL fixtures.

As part of our application to Football West, we shared our vision of “positioning Armadale Soccer Club as a leading football club in WA in the eyes of players, members, supporters and governing bodies alike” and all associated with the club look forward to working towards this over the coming seasons within the NPL.
