Wildcats 2022 in a nutshell:

The club had a great season with the weather definitely being our biggest challenge of the year.

Many teams were heading into the final series climbing spots ready for a spectacular end that was unfortunately cut short with washed out rounds, leading to a shortened final series.

Under 12s team took out their premiership and with some adversity, stayed resiliant throughout the season, and won the grand final, and were awarded Junior club team of 2022.

The commitee still worked hard over this time and continued to run a successful club including:

  • Major work for improved lighting at Miller Park for training and night games
  • Major improvements to the surface of Field 1 that held up amazingly through the season.
  • Improved and easy coaching manuals added in to help volunteer coaches
  • Improved technology with teh canteen and uniform store to help our volunteers
  • A ball wall added to Miller Park for training purposes

Wildcats 2021 in a nutshell:

The club had a great season with bumper numbers yet again.

Many teams were heading into the final series climbimg spots ready for a spectacular end that was unfortunately cut short with Covid. Friday night mens team took out their premiership galloping home with the pointscore.

The commitee still worked hard over this time:

  • Building Spectator Seating for Field 1 which has made a huge difference to the feel of the club.
  • Working on building further storage sheds
  • Implermenting further technology with our online uniform shop as well as Eftpos and integrated sales systems in the canteen.

Wildcats 2020 in a nutshell:

The club made the difficult but right decision to cancel the season due to Covid-19 and the safety of its members.

The commitee still worked hard over this time:

  • gaining 5 star good sports accrediation including the implimentation of drug & alcohol polices
  • Completing great wet weather club house areas at Miller Park for spectators and training
  • Securing further grants for Spectator Seating with seating instilation to be completed prior to season kick off.

  • The club built Miller Park into a better facility by concreting the front area for all user groups and gained a grant for an all purpose weather shelter to extend for all Miller Park user groups to use.
