Register to Play in Season 2021
REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN FOR THE 2021 SEASON
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE REGISTERING
You will need to have the following items ready to be able to complete the registration process:
- Photo of player, passport style. Even returning players will need to have this.
- Active Kids Voucher number if you are utilising. This can be redeemed at ServiceNSW.
- Credit/Debit card. No offline payments are being accepted.
In the case of severe financial hardship you may apply for a payment plan by email: treasurer@vefc.com.au
(Note: you will not be able to register at this time if you are applying for a payment plan. Payment plans will only be approved in exceptional circumstances.)

* The Club Fee column shows the amount associated with Valentine FC. This fee covers gst, referee costs all season, playing shirt to keep, training and game day equipment, ground usage (lighting), ground maintenace (wear & tear, line marking, ground upkeeping, etc), end of season presentation day, fundraising levy, coaching costs and an infrastructure levy.
There is nothing else to pay throughout the season. It's all inclusive!
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE REGISTERED?
Players registered in age groups - U5yrs to U13yrs will need to attend our 'Team Formation' evening. This is where players will be placed in teams and coaches and managers are decided. All community teams must have a coach and manager provided within the team.
The proposed date for Team Formations is: Wednesday 24th February
Players in age groups 14 years and over that DO NOT have a team must email registrar@vefc.com.au to see team vacancy positions.
TEAM FORMATION EVENING DATE
All players need to attend this day to be placed into teams for the season ahead. Parents will need to accompany players to finalise details including coaches, managers and training times
Date: Wednesday 24th February
Location: Croudace Bay Grounds
Times: U6's - 5.30pm
U7's - 6pm
U8's - 6.15pm
U9s - 6.30pm
U10/11/12/13's - 6.45pm
INFORMATION ABOUT TEAM FORMATION EVENING
*All players and a parent/guardian needing to be placed in a team will need to attend. If you are unable to attend please email registrar@vefc.com.au BEFORE Wednesday so we can try and find you a team.
ON THE NIGHT: Teams will be formed. Teams will then decide between themselves preferable training times and a coach and manager
CLOTHING: Only shorts and socks are needed for the season if you are new to the club. Our supplier Sportsclique will be available on the night with samples of sizing and the opportunity to order your shorts and socks. On the night shorts will be $25 and socks will be $15. Eftpos available or if paying by cash you will need the CORRECT money.
THIS IS THE ONLY NIGHT SHORTS AND SOCKS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE GROUND TO PURCHASE. AFTER WEDNESDAY NIGHT YOU WILL NEED TO GO DIRECTLY THROUGH SPORTSCLIQUE TO PURCHASE AND EXTRA COSTS MAY BE ASSOCIATED.
