The team playing last has the duty to pull down the nets, collect the pegs and corner posts, all put back into the wheelie bin; plus benches and return them to the home shed.

Canteen Duty.

Every team must provide volunteers to assistant in the canteen. A roster will be circulated to teams via your Manager.

Generally most teams must provide 3 to 4 volunteers. Please note, for teams that share the same time, eg. U6/7s, two persons per team are required.

The roster is organised, except on the odd occasion, so that canteen duty occurs before the commencement of the game or after the game finishes.

There will be a Canteen Manager in the canteen. They will oversee the activities and allocate tasks.

Duty Officers.

The Duty Officer is the Club representative and is responsible for ensuring players; coaches; managers; parents and spectators abide by Football Federation Australia’s code of behaviour.

The Duty Officer will wear a bright yellow vest so they can be identified and wear the vest during the players home game. You need to organise one parent. Vests are kept at the canteen.

The Duty Officer is also there to support referees should they request assistance.

If the Duty Officer needs assistance they should immediately come to the canteen and seek assistance from a Committee Member.

Remember this is your Club and benefits gained from canteen are utilised to purchase footballs, equipment etc and specialised coaching. In addition set-up of equipment, putting away and duty officer ensures that players have the best possible environment to play football.
