REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN FOR THE 2023 SEASON.

Please take the time to read all the information below to make yourself familiar with this year's registration process.


Payments for registrations can only be made on-line. You must pay the registration fee via a Credit Card or Debit Card to successfully complete the registration process.


The committee does try to give preference to returning players, however, this is not always guaranteed and hence I encourage returning players to register online as soon as possible as team positions do fill quickly.


This Seasons registration fees are:-


Mini Roo Teams U/5 to U/7 $155
Junior Teams U/8 to U/11 $185
Youth Teams U/12 to U/18 $250
Senior Teams AAM, AAW, O/35 $350
Zone League Teams - $480

 

 

Information of Importance when registering:

  • If you wish to use the Active Kids voucher, you must have this prior to beginning the registration process. The voucher can be applied for at the Services NSW Website by following the link below:-https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-active-kids-voucher
  • Follow the link below to register with the LJJFC.     https://www.playfootball.com.au/
  • You are registering under “Lambton Jaffas Junior Soccer Club”
  • When registering, it is preferred a player is registered in an age group that turn this season. eg. If a player turns 7 or already has turned 7 in 2023, the child must be registered as a U/7 player. The committee does allow a child to play up at least one age group, hence the reason registrants will have two age groups options to select from.
  • You will have the opportunity to purchase club apparel during the registration process, the cost of which will be included in the final invoice amount.                NB: Purchasing of clothing cannot be done on-line once registered. Clothing purchases can be done at the club at any other time if so desired.

 

 

Information Days

The committee will hold three (3) information days for those who still wish to come down, say Hi & ask any questions. (You can also purchase clothing on these days if required) Assistance will be available for those who are having problems with the registration process.

The information days will be held on the dates below at Harry Edwards Oval:-

Saturday 4th of February 10.00am to 12.00pm
Wednesday 8th of February 4.30pm to 6.00pm
Saturday 11th of February 10.00am to 12.00pm


Muster Day


This year's Muster Day for U/5, U/6, U/7, U/8 & U/9 teams will held at Harry Edward’s Oval on Sunday the 5th of March, 10.00am to 12.00pm.  It is important that a parent/guardian & preferably the registered child attend this day as this is when
teams are finalised, appointment of Coaches / Managers made, and training days are chosen between members of each team.


Most committee members will be available on this day to answer any questions.

Attention: All parents of U13 players

 

 

For the U13’s teams, we have had 22 returning players register for the 2022 season. (This has conveniently worked out to be 11 players from each team). In addition to these, we have had 5 new players registering into this age group.

 

The committee have decided rather than re-grade these two teams, that the same teams from last season will be maintained.  However, a Trial day is required to determine the best fit for these 5 new players into the existing teams.

 

We require ALL players, where possible, to attend the Trial Day to be held behind the Artist Society Building at Lambton Park on TUESDAY 1st March, 2022 commencing at 5.00pm.

 

The intention is for the 13-1 team to have 13 players & the 13-2 team to have 14 players, although this will change if we receive additional registrations. This is so if the 13-1 team falls short of players on any weekend, one of the 13-2 team members can play up to assist, if draws & times permit this to happen.

 

The committee will be available on this day to answer any questions.

IMPORTANT:

You are registering with Lambton Jaffas Junior Soccer Club!!!

 

When registering your child, it is preferred that you register them in the age group that they turn this year.

Clothing 

You will have the opportunity to purchase socks & shorts on-line when you go through the registration process.

The cost of items you purchase will be added onto the registration fee and will be included in the final invoice amount.

You can collect your purchased items on any of the days below:-

- Muster day (Date Below)

- Trial game games or when the season starts

If you do not wish to purchase any clothing on-line, you can still make purchases at the club on any of the days above.

If you are unable to collect your clothing on any of the days above, please contact the club and we will arrange a time & date that is mutually acceptable.

NB: You will NOT be able to come back into “Play Football” to purchase clothing separately if you decide to do so at a later date. This is a flaw the system that is used.
