Before you register as a player

• Have your active kids voucher number ready to enter during registration to reduce the cost of fees by $100 (if you are eligible).
• Apply for an active kids voucher here.
• You are eligible for an active kids voucher if you are a NSW resident, aged between 4.5 and 18 years, enrolled in school from Kindergarten to Year 12 (including home school and secondary school education at TAFE) and listed on a Medicare card.
• To apply for an active kids voucher you will need a MyServiceNSW account, identification (e.g. drivers licence) and the child's Medicare card details.

• All players from U12 up to and including AA and O35 must have a recent passport style photo to upload when registering. A selfie is absolutely fine as long as it meets passport photo requirements including; head faces camera directly with full face in view, head and neck only, eyes open, no hat and / or sunglasses to be worn, photo is in focus and clear, face is not obscured by hair or shadows, photo was taken in the last 12 months.

• Have your credit or debit card ready. We prefer you pay your registration online at the time of registering. You will not be able to play until your registration is paid in full. Please contact the registrar (Belinda via scfc.registra@gmail.com) to pay in cash or instalments prior to registering online.

• If you have a team preference for you / your child please enter it in the relevant section of the online registration form, e.g. please state if you / your child wants to play in a girls only team, if you / your child want to play in the same team as last year (please give last years team name), or if there is a player you / your child wants to be in a team with. We will try our best to accommodate all team preferences.

• ​If you have a team list (full or part) please email it to Belinda using scfc.registra@gmail.com

Before you register as a coach, manager, team official, committee member or volunteer

• All coaches, managers and, team officials must have a recent passport style photo to upload when registering. A selfie is absolutely fine as long as it meets passport photo requirements including; head faces camera directly with full face in view, head and neck only, eyes open, no hat and / or sunglasses to be worn, photo is in focus and clear, face is not obscured by hair or shadows, photo was taken in the last 12 months.

• All coaches, managers, team officials, committee members and volunteers who are over 18 must have a current working with children check number (or application number). Please have this number ready to enter during registration as it is a mandatory requirement. Apply for or check your WWCC number here. To apply you will need your original proof of identity documentation and be required to enter your personal details.

• If you are a Coach or Manager with a team list (full or part) please email it to Belinda using scfc.registra@gmail.com

 

How to register with South Cardiff Junior Football Club in 2021

There are many ways to navigate around Play Football to eventually get to the same place. Don't be concerned if you end up going around in circles, we have all been there! If you navigate to Play Football (e.g. via browser search) or find yourself lost, follow the instructions and screen shots at the bottom of this page.

• You will be prompted to sign in (if you played last year) or create a new account if you haven't registered since 2018.

• When signing in, remember to sign in using the same method as for previous years (email or social accounts)

• Play Football help guides, FAQs and contact details can be found here

• Follow the registration process. Remember:
• U12 upward and all team officials need to upload a photo
• All team officials, committee members and volunteers need WWCC number
• Enter you active kids voucher details on the Payment page to reduce fees by $100 (where eligible)
• We prefer payment to be made online at the time of registration

• Access your Play Football account using this link. You can manage your details and registrations for yourself and any linked accounts, including updating profile photos and WWCC number.

1. The menu below can be found on most pages, hover over 'Player' and click on 'How to Register'

 

2. Regardless of whether you are re-registering, or registering for the first time, select 'Re-Registering to play this season' (you will be able to create an account once you start your registration)
