Supercats V Wynnum in Third Round local derby!

The Supercats travel to Kianawah Rd this Sunday to play Wynnum at 12.00. Should be a great game as the boys return from an interupted preparation due to Anzac day and the local Lions game. Coach Tinners is sure the boys can overcome these hurdles and rise to the occasion.

Supercats get up over Moorooka under lights.

The Morningside Supercats recorded their first win of 2013 with a great display under lights at Jack Esplen Oval. They won 11.10.76 to 6.3.39.
Moorooka are a very good side and stretched the Supercats as the night wore on. Full match report to come soon!!

Second round 2013 under lights!

The Supercats second game of 2013 will be played under lights following the Reserves, Seniors and Under 18 Div 1 game on Saturday,20th of April.
This should be a great day of footy so get your friends and family down to Morningside and cheer on the boys as they take on Moorooka. Game start time should be around 6.30, depending on the earlier games completion.

Training Commences for season 2013

The Morningside Masters Football Club wishes to announce training for season 2013 will be held at Jack Esplen oval on Thursdays this year. At 7:15pm for a 7:30pm start. All current, past and future players are welcome to attend. Training will also be held on Sundays at 3:30pm on all non playing weekends We encourage all players to attend training to improve fitness and reduce injury. If bad weather closes the main oval, training will be held on the rear oval.

Supercats V Palm Beach at Palm Beach.
The team went down by 17 points in a very rough game. Giving the opposition a 5 goal start in the first quarter made it a tough game, but the boys showed great courage to claw their way back into the game. Solid performances all round. Match report is up now on the March Report page!
