The High Park Demons are one of the founding clubs of the Ontario Australian Football League (AFLO), having entered the league in 1989.
The club has a rich history of playing hard and having fun. The Demons field up to three teams each year - Division 1, Division 2, and the Women's Division. Division 1 had a premiership year in 1994 and the women's team won back-to-back-to-back premierships between 2011 and 2013.
Formerly known as the Mississauga Mustangs, the club changed its name to the Mississauga Demons to better reflect the team's colours of red and blue. By 2002, the club's player base had shifted from Mississauga to nearer High Park in Toronto, so the club was reborn as the High Park Demons to better reflect its membership.
