The Dinneen factor. No he is not a former AFL player and we are not paying him a king's ransom. But he does have more energy and drive per kg than anyone on the planet. To see Bernie running from group to group organizing and participating in all sorts of training drills for two hours and then afterwards sitting down to chat about social functions is just wonderful. He is Assistant Coach to David Banfield and loving it. He is exactly what a Club needs who is attempting the incredible. Missing last year overseas, means that Bernie is even hungrier than ever, if that is possible. He is enthusiastic beyond belief in everything he does, particularly talking to young up and coming players. Welcome back Bernie. Vermont was not quite the same last year.
