The AFL and EFL's Vilification and Discrimination Policy prohibits language and behaviour that vilifies on the basis of:
- Race
- Religion
- Gender
- Colour
- Sexual preference, orientation or identity, or
- Special ability or disability
The EFL has provided training for club vilification officers and a copy of a DVD to run at clubs.
There is no room - just no room - in our game for discriminative behaviour.
