The three-peat is complete as Woori Yallock triumphed by 14 points over Wandin in The Grand Final to make it 3 Premiership victories in a row. This game started off as most Grand Finals do with both sides hitting in hard and a few mistakes as the pressure was relentless, goals were hard to come by and both sides booted 2 majors in the opening term but Woori went to the break with a narrow 3 point lead.
The 2ndquarter was more of the same but Woori seemed to get more of the ball but wasted their chances as they went into half time trailing by 1 point with a scoreline of 4.5.29 while Wandin was more efficient booting 5.0.30.
The game started to open up in the 3rd and Woori started using the wide open spaces of Healesville's ground to good effect, they opened up their forward line and found more avenues to goal while Wandin struggled to get it passed the halfway mark of the ground, Woori booted 5.3 to 1 goal in the quarter to go into the last change with a very handy 26 point lead.
The last quarter had everything, Woori had their chances to ice the game but kept peppering the goals while Wandin was finishing strong, they booted 3.5 for the quarter and even though Woori only scored the 1 major it was their strong 3rd quarter performance that set their win up and Wandin just couldn't overcome what was a match winning lead.
