WOORI and Upwey played a great hard-fought game of footy that could have easily gone either way. The first term went goal for goal, with Woori holding just a four-point lead at the first break.
Woori looked like they were starting to take control, but they couldn’t put a sizeable margin between themselves and Upwey, as every time they looked to be getting on top, Upwey would hit back. At half time, the margin was just 10 points in Woori’s favour.
The second half was heart stopping with the two sides going goal for goal right to the final siren.
Woori Yallock held on to come away with a 13-point victory, earning the right to tackle Gembrook Cockatoo next week in what will be a huge first division grand final.
Woori Yallcok 12.16 (88) d Upwey Tecoma 11.9 (75).
Best – Woori Yallock: Robert Allen, Danny Ryan and Michael Riseley.
Upwey Tecoma: Tom Hedge, Daniel Sheers and Joshua Kamoen
