AUDIENCE
Coaches, assistant coaches, Club merchandise and membership coordinators.
PURPOSE
To recognise the contribution of coaches and assistant coaches to the Club, reduce their ‘out of pocket’ expenses and to ensure a responsible, consistent, transparent and fair approach to allocation of Club resources.
POLICY
It is the policy of the Moe Football Netball Club to provide the following to the Club’s coaches and assistant coaches within the following parameter

PROCEDURES
Ordering apparel and merchandise
The Merchandise Coordinator will use Club communication channels to advise deadline for apparel and mechanise orders. Coaches and Assistant coaches are to contact the Merchandise Coordinator with their requirements consistent with this Policy.
Every effort will be made to provide apparel in time for Round 1.
Gippsland League Season Pass
The Club receives a limited number of Gippsland League Season (including Finals) Passes each year. This policy gives priority to coaches to help reduce their ‘out of pocket’ expenses in recognition of their contribution to the Club. The Club Secretary will distribute Gippsland League Season Pass to each coach by Round 1. This Pass is valid for all Home and Away games.
