I was very disppointed with our lack of discipline on the weekend. We gave away numerous 50m penalties for things that we had not done all season. I’m not sure where that behaviour come from, but I definitely do not want a repeat on grand final day! We settled down in the second half of the match and actually started to play some good footy. Not our best game but we were lucky enough to come away with a win and head straight into the grand final.
We need to all get to training and keep working hard in readiness for our grand final clash.

Our team kept to their game plan and didn’t get drawn into the oppositions tactics, which was a credit to our boys. Another great win and another great team effort.
Once again, a huge thank you for the 4 boys that filled in for Southside on the day.
A fantastic effort from our boys to go through the season undefeated. Hopefully we can keep our good form going for the finals series.

It was great to see our boys so disciplined on the weekend and concentrating on the ball only. The boys worked hard all game in windy conditions and controlled the game and came away with a well deserved victory. Also once again thank you to the boys that played for the Southside during the match.
Although we are getting good results on the field it is still very important that we all get to training to keep improving our ball skills and our tackling. As the season rolls on other teams will be improving so we also need to keep on improving too.

Combined Saints were short on players this week and so a total of 12 of our boys rotated through their team to help them out, with Josh nearly snaring a goal for Combined. Great sportsmanship was shown by our boys – well done.
The slippery ball made it tough to get the ball flowing freely up and down the ground but the boys worked hard all game and pulled together as a team and come away with a deserving win. Well done team!

The boys started a bit slow but as the game progressed they improved to totally dominate Police Boys. The effort from all the boys was brilliant and our team work was great to watch.
