Mission Statement
The Combined Saints Junior Football Club mission is, through Australian Rules Football, to ensure that the youth of the District have access to well organized and well managed sporting opportunities that maximize positive health outcomes and support individual, family and community cohesiveness.

Club Culture
Aim
The focus of the Club is the development of its players both on and off the field in the skills of the game, teamwork and game playing strategies. The aim of the Club is to provide the best development program for junior footballers within the TDJFL and to develop its players to the full extent of their potential.
Winning in itself is not the objective of the Club but is an outcome of its success in developing its players. A win at all cost “attitude” will not be tolerated.
Environment
The Club is run on a volunteer basis, the Committee appreciates the efforts of those members that fulfil roles within the Club and encourages all parents to become involved and support the Club’s endeavours.
The Committee is conscious of the Club’s Mission Statement and will run the Club in an open and transparent manner. It will be committed to ensuring the Club maintains a strong financial position and it membership fees are affordable for its members.
The Committe will ensure that it appoints Coaches that have the appropriate qualifications and skills and accept the aim and objectives of the Club and are prepared to accept the expectations of their roles.
The Club will support and provide Coaches with the opportunity to develop their skills and provide the necessary equipment and resources required to develop the players’ skills and abilities.
The Club will explore with its coaches new training drills, coaching methods and development opportunities.
