Under 18’s: Well that's what i'm talking about doggies!!!! The preparation to this game was certainly nothing less than monumental and I am so happy to say that not one of you girls let me down. Starting in attack, the twin towers worked well, as always. Both Maddy and Mollie owned the circle and threw the ball around brilliantly. I really enjoyed Amy in WA for a quarter this week and it flowed through to her shooting again. Jess had a great game, opening space and great passes into the shooters. It was certainly the best game I have seen Tayla play EVER. Moving her body and hands in has been a challenge but finally she is coming in to her own. Steph was a tough nut to crack this week, putting everything she had in her defence work. Millie, always working hard, also had one of the best games i've seen from her. Tammy, moved from WD to GK during the game and in both positions she got plenty of the ball. Making tough intercepts all through the game, with maximum power, helping bring down the ball to attack is also one of the great things Tamm has been working on. Great job Tammy!!! I'm very proud of Kass this week. She has been working really hard in defence and it was great to see her hard work being payed off. Not all calls are going to go your way doggies and I was so proud of everyone's never say die attitude. (especially you Kass) Great work doggies, this is a face of a 'happy coach' FINALLY' Awards: TNC BOC Hand Towel (sponsored by J&M Clothing) Tayla Shephard, Thurgoona Pharmacy: Steph Nesich
