Under 14's - The boys played a great game today in wet conditions. The pressure in their forward line was great by all the boys. Good work to Corey and Bryce to set up a great goal for Billy to get us on the scoreboard. Keep up the great work boys.
Under 17's - The game was played with a high level of skill. Our boys used the ball well when we had it in the back line. There were no turn overs and we didn't allow Moama to dictate terms. Jake Brasher stood tall in defence rebounding the ball; Jake McCallum strung another good game together to be one of the best on ground. Choco played a solid four quarter game to be best on and Jordie dominated ruck and down back again. Well done boys and keep the good work up.
Reserves - The 2's came up against a well drilled Moama that clearly outclassed our boys. The back line worked hard all day led by super veteran Bob Bourke and young gun Brad Perkins.
The late withdrawal of first gamers Perkins Snr and Thomson Snr left the side with a bare 18. The lack of commitment by these two is lamentable.
Nevertheless, commitment by the team on the day was good. Keep up the effort boys.

Seniors - It was a very tough day at the office playing a very fit Moama side.
The boys battled hard for four quarters, not giving up even though the scoreboard favoured Moama.
Good signs with our kids playing very well, Jack Shannon, Benny Lucas and Daiks all playing well above their years.
We have a few injury concerns although hopefully our luck is about to change as we are running out of players to injure.
Thank you very much to the Under 17's and Reserves for lending us some of their players.
