PLAYER, VOLUNTEER AND SPECTATOR
CODE OF CONDUCT
1.Respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person regardless of their gender, ability, cultural background or religion.
2.Abide by the rules of the game set down by your club, league and coach.
3.Never argue with an official or umpire, use the appropriate avenues to discuss any discrepancies.
4.Never use any verbal or physical abuse towards umpires, officials, other players or spectators. Deliberately distracting or provoking an opponent or sledging or bullying of any person is unacceptable and not permitted.
5.Co-operate with your coach and team mates and respect the ability of your opponent, without them there would be no game.
6.Adhere to club policies and procedures including smoke free areas, liquor
licencing requirements, rostered duties, dress code on game day and the safety of children.
7.Never behave in a manner that would damage the reputation of the club both on or off the field.
8.Act as good ambassadors and role models for the club at all times.
9.Always welcome opposition players, spectators, officials etc to the club.
10.Be proud and trustworthy.
