The Mt Martha Junior Football club will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Tuesday the 18th February 2020 from 7.30pm at the Ferrero Reserve club rooms.
The AGM evening will consist of:
- Confirm the minutes from 2019 AGM
- President report
- Treasurer report
- Election of committee positions President, Vice President x2, Secretary, Treasurer and General Committee.
- General business season 2020
Some positions we need to fill for the 2020 season are:
- Off Field Merchandise Coordinator
- On Field Equipment Coordinator
- Head Trainer
- Trophy Coordinator
- Team Manager Coordinator
- Line Marking
- Coaching Coordinator
- Website Coordinator
- Social Media Coordinator
- Sponsorship Coordinator + 2 helpers
We need people to come on-board for season 2020 so please complete the attached committee nomination form. We will also take general committee nominations from the floor at the AGM.
