Senior Netball History Seniors / A Grade
The Avoca Netball Club formed as a part of the Lexton Football League in 1957.
Avoca has played in 21 Grand Finals winning 14 premierships with the first premiership being 1967 in the Lexton Netball Association.
Avoca had 3 elite periods: Playing in 6 Grand Finals form 1967 to 1973 winning 4 premierships and again playing in 7 Grand Finals form 1986 to 1994 winning six premierships. From 2005 to 2010 played in six successive Grand Finals winning 3 Premierships and 3 R/Up’s.
Avoca won 10 Premierships in the Lexton Netball Association and have won 4 Premierships in the MCDFNL.
