Every season, traditionally on the first round played against each other, Colbinabbin and Mounts netballers play for the McTaggart/Conroy Cup in honour of Nell McTaggart and Joan Conroy who have both made significant contributions to netball in the HDNL, both women were instrumental in the introduction of netball to the league.
