The Colbinabbin Football Netball Club (CFNC) -Contact Officer will assist in the management of any concerns, complaints or feedback that any member, player or supporter may have.
The following outlines the CFNC complaints policy;
1. All concerns and complaints are taken seriously.
2. All concerns and complaints remain confidential.
3. The person reporting any concerns or complaints has the right to do so without retribution.
4. The CFNC is committed to following up any issues raised.
5. The CFNC also welcomes positive feedback.
The following outlines the complaints procedure;
1. The Contact Officer will receive the concern or complaint- (a written complaint is preferred ).
2. The Contact Officer will investigate the complaint speaking with all the parties concerned.
3. Once all information has been received and investigated a decision on the outcome will be notified to all parties. (How this is fedback to the parties will be determined individually with each case.)
4. It is envisaged that all complaints received by the CFNC will be dealt with in a timely manner.
5. If any party is unhappy with the outcome of the decision and/or does not feel that the concern or complaint has been resolved- it can be referred to the Heathcote and District Football and Netball League complaints officer Trevor Arnel.
6. The CFNC would appreciate it if any concerns and complaints can be communicated at an appropriate time and venue, and reminds people that club is staffed by volunteers.
