Corporate governance and the SFNC Constitution
The Seymour Football Netball Club adheres to the principles of good corporate governance.
The Club Constitution guides the Executive and Committee in decision-making and establishes clear protocols for leadership.
The current committee structure establishes and communicates clear lines of authority; helps committee members to recognise the decisions that they can and cannot make on their own; and allows them to remain accountable for the things they do and the decisions they make.
The Club Constitution is available for public viewing on this website.
Questions in relation to corporate governance or the SFNC Consitution may be directed to the Corporate Governance Officer or the Club Secretary.
Public liability insurance
The SFNC maintains public liability insurance coverage consistent with AFL/VCFL requirements, the Australian Footbal National Risk Protection Programme and Netball Victoria protocols.
