Madeline O’Nial - 100 games Kyabram Football Netball Club
Madeline O’Nial celebrates her 100th game with the Kyabram Football Netball Club this weekend. Maddie joined the Bombers in 2009 as a member of the Under 17 team, winning the Best and Fairest in 2009 and 2010. Since 2011 Maddie has been a member of the Bombers B Grade team, and she is currently a co-captain of the team. Presently studying Nuclear Medicine at RMIT University in Melbourne, Maddie demonstrates her commitment and dedication to the club and her team by travelling home to Echuca each week to play.
Maddie is also a committed and dedicated netball umpire, a passion nurtured and developed by mentor Maureen Gledhill. She is a member of the Netball Victoria B Grade Umpire Squad, and undertakes further development and training in Melbourne. Maddie regularly umpires for the Kyabram Football Netball Club, and also, the GVFNL finals.
Maddie enjoys the friendly and professional culture of the Kyabram Football Netball Club. The success of the club is something she attributes directly to head coach Belinda Lees, coaches, and the committee. Congratulations Maddie, we wish you many more successful years with the Kyabram Football Netball Club.
