Werribee Centrals netballers played at Galvin Park Netball Courts against Corio and were looking for wins to consolidate their positions after the first three games saw some mixed results.
A Grade
Werribee Centrals 61 v Corio 20
Werribee Centrals dominated from start to finish with all players putting in a consistent 4 quarters. Centrals welcomed back Mickayla Ward. Mickayla
shot 35 goals and was one of Centrals best. Centrals defence in Casey Price and Noni McClure starred and were far too classy for the Corio
goalers. Nicole Stewart led the team well and Centrals were able to try a few different combinations during each quarter.

B Grade
Werribee Centrals 50 v. Corio 12
Centrals took out each quarter with ease. Leigh Stewart and Emma Richards took care of defence whilst Ellie Tubbs put some goals on the board for
Centrals. Renee Digiocchino worked tirelessly in and around the goal circle to provide Ellie Tubbs with the scoring opportunities. Alyce Daniels was outstanding in the centre court and was Centrals best on court for B Grade.

C Grade
Werribee Centrals 37 v. Corio 34
In a closely fought out contest it was Centrals that managed to keep up the pace right to the end. Kirstyn Butterworth was outstanding in defence,
whilst Michelle Hunter and Sandy Andrews controlled the centre court. Clarrisa Melilli was goaling well and was able to score the goals
when needed.

D Grade
Werribee Centrals 56 v. Corio 23
D Grade took off at a great pace and never looked back. Meg Noonan led the way around the centre court and was Centrals best. Amber Smith and Holly
Ellul combined well in goals and also earned themselves votes. With all seven players on the court playing their part, Centrals D Grade came home with
the four points.

U17
Werribee Centrals 53 v. Corio 6
Another slow start for Centrals, but movement in the attacking end was fantastic.
Meg Cunningham took some great intercepts with all the other defensive players
backing her up. Centrals finished strong and came away with a good win.

U15
Werribee Centrals 29 v. Corio 19
Another great game for the Centrals U15's. Rebecca Harris was one of the
stand outs with Emily Ashley also having a blinder in goals for Centrals.
Jade Terris applied some good defensive pressure which helped the Centrals
defence end turn the ball over.
Best: Emily Ashley, Rebecca Harris, Jade Terris
Next week Centrals play at Geelong West in again will be some very competitive Netball games against the much improved Geelong West club.
