Werribee Centrals Netballers playing Belmont were looking to consolidate before meeting bell Post in the next round and this they did with some good wins against a club who are improving each week.
Centrals had a slow & steady start with the courts at Belmont being very wet. Centrals mid court worked really well with Nicole Stewart taking many intercepts. Centrals A Grade stepped up the pace going into the 2nd quarter with Aysha Ward & Mickayla Ward forming a great goaling combination for Werribee Centrals. Centrals passes let them down in the 3rd quarter but the team effort to back each other up was fantastic. Natalie Ramsdale (WD) stepped up from B Grade to help out in the centre court and was one of Centrals best. Centrals A Grade had a strong final quarter and came away with a fairly easy win.
Best: Nicole Stewart, Aysha Ward, Natalie Ramsdale
