Newtown & Chilwell Football Netball Club acknowledges and respects the privacy of its Members.
The Club maintains a database of Members Names, Addresses and Contact Details relevant to Membership of the Club. This information is collected for the purposes of processing Membership applications, and to keep Members informed of matters relating to the Club and assisting the Club in improving its service to Members.
This database is accessed by the Club to mail out information, publications and member services. It is also made available to related organisations (VCFL) that provide member services and benefits.
Members may request that personal information not be passed on to a third party. However, this will result in the member being unable to receive mailings from third parties.
