The GFL nomads have not had a home advantage since a $600,000 clubroom redevelopment began in summer.
The Eagles have been forced to reschedule all of their home games this season, including a rivalry round clash with St Joseph's last month, to accommodate the on-going renovations.
The change rooms and public toilets will be open at today's clash against Geelong West St Peter's and president Noel O'Dwyer expects the remainder of the refurbishment to be complete by August 13.
O'Dwyer said today's home match would have special significance for 22 new players who have trained at the reserve all year but not set foot in the clubrooms.
"It's just unfortunate the time when it started and where we are now but everyone can see the light at the end of the tunnel," O'Dwyer said of the renovation.
"It has been very frustrating and hard on the coaching staff and players but everyone's been fantastic.
"It will be all done by then (August 13), all on schedule. We're definitely winding it down now."
The Eagles will run a barbecue and refreshments marquee today before the official launch of the new nest in round 17.
The club will host South Barwon and its first official function-ladies day- during its second last game of the season.
"There are a couple of functions where members and past players can come along and see it," he said.
The club will see out the rest of the season against Colac, South Barwon and North Shore at home.
Meanwhile, the GDFL clash between Belmont Lions and Geelong West S.C at Winter Reserve will be played tomorrow, not today.
