And so we roll into 2015.
What a tumultuous off season.
The cricketers made the grand final in A and C grade only to fall over at the last hurdle. Well done to the club for the year.
After years of discussion and pontification we have finally joined the junior club with the senior club.
Greg Dear is the new president
We have re written the constitution which now has three Vice Presidents.
Senior VP is Danny Moorhouse
Junior VP is Ian Rowe.
Netball VP is Lindy Bills.
Anthony Wood steps in as treasurer
The netball girls have new team in the competition and a restructure of the age groups.
A, B, C, D grades are all open age and there are now an U17 team and a new U15 team.
Coaches for the girls are.
A Grade - Kylie Curnow
B Grade - Sheree Eiseman
C Grade - Lindy Bills
D Grade - Kelly Smart
U 17 - Emma Halliday
U 15 - Brian Nolan
Woody is back for another run at senior coach.
Simon Cox takes on the reserves.
David Richardson is back in control of the thirds and Matt Garbutt is in control of the premiership winning u16's.
We welcome all out new recruits for the year. There's a number of old faces back after years away developing their skills.
In a new and exciting move by the football department, lead by Football operations manager Brad Duncan, the club has recruited a number of Tiwi islanders Jason, Edward and Cameron to play for the mighty seagulls. Keep an eye on this trio.
We play in the Good Friday return bout at Paynesville this time.
Good luck to all the players representing the club.
GO SEAGULLS!
