Our mission at Belgrave Junior Football Club is to provide an opportunity for children and their families to play and watch junior AFL football within the following environment:
- SAFE – where all team officials have appropriate qualifications and checks to work with children.
- ENJOYABLE – we promote a culture where enjoying playing and training is as important as a winning attitude.
- ENCOURAGING – players, parents, officials and members will always be encouraged to try their hardest and be recognised for their efforts.
- SKILLED - having experienced coaches who teach skills and teamwork in order to support and motivate players to improve their footy.
- INCLUSIVE – we welcome and support players and families from all clubs regardless of gender, race, religion or playing ability.
These are the minimum requirements we stand for and are to be followed by any member of the Belgrave Junior Football Club Inc.
