Registration is a two-part process - there are separate rego steps for registration with the League AND with the club:
1.) Registration with the League is done online. Parents/carers should register their child/ren online with the AFL Outer East HERE (or via the 'Member Access' tab on the right of this page) as a player with Belgrave Junior Football Club (*NB: Please make sure you are choosing the Junior Club, not Belgrave Football Club, which is the Seniors). This needs to be done for both returning and new players. (NB: For returning players, if your old password doesn't bring up the rego forms, just hit 'forgot password', enter a new one and it should work.) There is a $12 payment to the league required when registering.
2.) Parents/carers will need to fill out and submit a separate Membership/Medical Form for your child/ren - see downloable PDF link below.
REGISTRATION FEES AND UNIFORM COSTS
- Club registration fees for 2022 are $180 for one player and a 15% discount for multiple registrations.
- Registration fees MUST be paid in full by Jumper Presentation (March), although a payment plan can be implemented upon request to club Treasurers, Sharon Harvey or Rod Green, at bjfc_treasurer@yahoo.com
- Upon submission of the club Membership (see PDF below).

BJFC Shorts $35 (mandatory), BJFC Socks $12 (mandatory). Optional BJFC Personalised Backpack $35 OR Package deal - Personalised backpack, shorts and socks $70. Uniforms and other club merchandise can be purchased via the TEAM APP (download via panel on the right of this page) or via ORDER FORM (see downloadable copy at bottom of this page).
Additional info:
- Each player is assigned their own jumper for the duration of the season. (To be returned at the end of the season.)
- As children grow so quickly, we offer a 'boot swap' on registration day and throughout pre-season training where you will often find a pair of high quality boots only worn for one season. Please also consider adding your old, clean boots to this collection.
- Most matches are played on Sundays. Players are expected at the ground at least 40 minutes prior to each game
- Club merchandise (caps, bags, polo shirts, stubby holders etc) is available on match days and at training sessions.
