Nyah Recreation Reserve, on River Street in Nyah, is the home to Nyah Nyah West United Football and Netball Club. All senior and Junior Football is played on the two ovals in the centre of the Nyah Harness Trotting Track. All Netball is played on the two Netball Courts along side this Trotting Track.
Nyah is located 27 km north of Swan Hill and sits nestled alongside of the magnificent Murray River and is a Caravan and Camping friendly town.
Nyah Cricket Club hold is home games at the Nyah Recreation Reserve in the off-season of the Football Club.
The township boasts a Burtons Post Office/General Store, Nyah Pizza Mart, Nyah Milk Bar, and just down the road is Two Bays Roadhouse and Caravan Park, O'Meara Autos, and a Hairdresser.
Just 4km South West is the township of Nyah West, which contains The Grand Hotel, Milk Bar, Hairdresser, Doctors Clinic & Pharmacy, IGA Store, Algie Engineering, Nyah District Primary School & Preschool, Bodinnars Hardware Store, Butchery and a lovely home for our aged community members.
