Dear Eaglehawk Junior Footballer,
My name is Luke Monaghan and I have been appointed as Senior Coach of the Eaglehawk Football Club.
I am writing to remind you that the 2011 football season will be starting soon. The first date that you need to be ready for is the Registration Day which will be held at the football club on Sunday February 20 from 11am until 1 pm.
It is important that you come along to sign up for your team and that you tell any of your friends who want to play football this year to come along on the day as well.
There will be a BBQ lunch available and players who register and pay their fees on the day will receive a free membership to the Eaglehawk Football Club which will give free entry to all home games for one adult. There will also be a boot swap so bring along your old boots that don’t fit and swap them for a pair that you can use for the season.
In 2011, we are hoping to see lots of the junior players coming along to the senior games, getting to know about the club and striving to become senior players in the future. So start practising at home and with your friends as soon as you can because training will start soon after the Registration Day.
I look forward to working with you to ensure that all teams at the Eaglehawk Football Club have a successful season in 2011.
Yours truly,
Luke Monaghan
Senior Coach
Eaglehawk Football Club
Dear Player and parents,
Additional information you may need regarding registration for the 2011 season includes:
Registration fees for 2011 are U/10’s $50, $100 a single, $180 for 2 players and $220 for 3 or more players per family. Please note: fees are due on registration day. You will need to bring along your Medicare card to complete the medical form. To save time on rego day, medical and team assistance forms are available on our web page if you wish to complete them prior to the day and bring them along.
The EJFC will do its best to accommodate all registered players by offering multiple teams in age groups however multiple teams can only be offered if there is sufficient players registered in that division.
We rely heavily on the support of parents and other volunteers to ensure that all teams can play each week. If you are interested or know someone who might be interested in assisting in any role and would like more information on how you can get involved during the season, please contact me on 0448 558 085 or 5446 1795 (AH)
