Notice Of Special General Meeting KJFC
Propose following Motion:
“A special General Meeting is to be convened via Zoom on November 17 with the following agenda”
A. Any proposed written amendments to the new document are discussed and voted on.
B. Special Resolution: “The new Constitution with any amendments agreed in A are adopted”
Any member who wishes to propose an amendment to the proposed new Constitution must put this in writing to the Secretary by November 7.
Any proposed amendments shall be available on the KJFC website within 5 working days from November 7.
