Welcome to the Dookie United Football Netball Club!
Attached is the Club's Member Handbook. We encourage all members to read the Club Handbook, as it contains a snapshot of important information about our club that you may need during the season.
Each registered player MUST complete and sign a Player Code of Conduct form, a Membership Form, a Medical Profile form and a Media Consent form. These forms are located in the Club Handbook on page 20 - 23. Forms are to be submitted to the Club Secretary on registration night. Forms MUST be received prior to Round One or the player may be ineligible to play.
Any prospective club members need only complete the top section of the Membership Form.
The Club welcomes any feedback regarding the Club Handbook. Feedback and any queries are to be directed to the Club Secretary.
