After a 21 point loss at the hands of the Wizards in round 2, the Maroochy RSL Clippers will be keen to reverse the scoreline when we host the Wizards on Sat night. Coming into this game with 3 consecutive wins, 2 of them against formidable opposition, the Clippers feel ready to to claim this victory.

The Clippers registered another memorable upset victory against the 7 and 2 Goannas. Sitting fourth on the ladder, the Goannas must have felt like bunnies as the Clippers lead from the start and registered a huge 23 point victory.

The MAROOCHY RSL CLIPPERS mens team recorded their third victory of the season with a 35 point win on the road against the Toowoomba Mountaineers.

Every league, every competition has its dream match ups. This is definitely one of them. Caboolture, (previously Caloundra, then Coastal, now Caboolture)our cross-region rivals, are, more than any other team, the one for us to beat!

The MAROOCHY RSL CLIPPERS hosted the yet undefeated Rockhampton Rockets on Sat night and with our three returnees from college settling in, we felt good about the encounter.

For this encounter, the CLIPPERS were glad to welcome back three of our regular team mates who all returned from stints in the US college system.

We opened our 2010 QBL [Queensland Basketball League] season with losses against the Brisbane Capitals 63-87, and Northside Wizards 63-84.
