Potential Veterans Team
Our Dragons members have already responded to our news of the alliance with QUT Basketball with some of you (and past members) registering to participate in the new social teams.
This interest has also included some of our mature members interested in joining a veterans team. The veterans competition is staged on a wed night and open for players turning 35 or older.
If you meet the age requirements, still have an interest in playing basketball and can make your way around the court without the aid of a walking frame or scooter, you might like to consider nominating to join this team. As most of the QUT group are younger aged players, we will need more of our Dragons members to nominate before a genuine veterans team is formed.
