Bowral FC Mission
The mission of Bowral FC is to provide a welcoming, positive and nurturing environment for people of all ages and abilities, and to support them to become the best football players they can be.
Bowral FC Vision
Our vision is to establish Bowral FC as the leading football club in the Southern Highlands for men and women, girls and boys.
We want to make a positive contribution to the social, physical and technical development of all our players and to provide a safe environment where people of all abilities can learn the game, become better players, and most importantly, have fun.
We want to be known for the quality of our facilities, and for providing coaching that is best practice.
We want to provide pathways for our junior players to support and encourage them to progress from our Miniroos programme all the way through to our all-age teams.
And finally, we want all our stakeholders, including our players, coaches, volunteers and sponsors, to be proud of their association with Bowral FC.
Bowral FC Values
Inclusive - we welcome all players, volunteers and spectators irrespective of their ability, age, gender, or nationality.
Respect - we maintain high standards of sportsmanship and we treat our opponents, match officials, and each other, with respect at all times.
Enjoyment - we believe that winning and being competitive should not come at the expense of having a good time.
