The following procedures apply to completion of team sheets after each game.  To avoid costly fines to the Club from the Highlands Soccer Association, please comply with these requirements, thanks!

U6 – U11 – WHEN YOU ARE THE DESIGNATED "HOME" TEAM, PLAYING EITHER AT STEPHENS PARK OR ANOTHER VENUE

• The coach or manager of the Bowral FC team fills out the team sheet book and gives it to the opposition manager to complete
• At the end of the match:
  • Blue sheet -to the opposition manager
  • Yellow sheet - in the dropbox at the canteen of the venue you are playing at
  • If there is no drop box at that venue, or if you forget, please put the sheet into the letterbox at 30 Oxley Drive, Bowral (near Rose Street)

U6 – U11 – WHEN YOU ARE THE DESIGNATED "AWAY" TEAM

• The other / home team will use its book for the team sheet process
• Fill out your side of the opposition’s team sheet book when provided
• At the end of the match:
  • Blue sheet – get this from the opposition manager and file it in your kit bag
  • the home team is then responsible for sending the yellow sheet to the HSA

U13 – All Age – WHEN YOU ARE THE DESIGNATED "HOME" TEAM, PLAYING EITHER AT STEPHENS PARK OR ANOTHER VENUE
