If you were one of the many who missed registration for various reasons, YOU NEED TO PAY YOUR REGISTRATION NOW!
If players in the Agnes Basketball Club are not COMPLETELY financial by the first game of the season (unless you have spoken to me regarding a pay off system), you will not be able to take to the court.
Time is running out, the first Nights of the Games are:
- CW ~ Monday, 11 October Fixtures/Results
- AW/BWR ~ Wednesday, 13 October Fixtures/Results
- AM/BM ~ Thursday, 14 October Fixtures/Results
- U14 ~ Friday, 15 October Fixtures/Results
- U12 ~ Monday, 18 October Fixtures/Results
Bring your money and medical form (see Forms/Documents) in an envelope with the following information listed:
- PLAYER: Date Of Birth, Name, Address, Home Phone Number, Mobile Phone Numer, Email Address.
- MUM: Name, Mobile Phone Number, Email Address. (If Player U18)
- DAD: Name, Mobile Phone Number, Email Address. (If Player U18)
AND drop it to me at work TELL Technology, 54 Ellen Street or alternatively to my home at 14 Parker Street.
