Crazy Quake Quiz Night
Calling all Purple Hearts................
Just a quick reminder that the first ever Crazy Quake Quiz is on tonight!
To be held at the Narellan Community Hall the Quiz night will give us an opportunity to meet or catch up with each other before the season starts. The evening kicks off at 7.00pm and will finish no later than 11.00pm.
The night is a fundraiser and the cost of tickets is $20 a head or $30 per 'couple'. We'll be seating everyone at tables of 10 and each table will compete in the quiz as a team. Prizes will be given to the winners, to the team with the best name and to the wooden spooners. Tickets can be bought at the door.
Your hosts for the evening will be the dynamic duo of Carlos "Just Call Me Brad" Martinez and Tom "Tiny" Howell. If you attended last year's Presentation Night you know that you'll be in for a professionally run, fun night.
The night is not restricted to players, parents and committee. How about getting together a table of family, friends and neighbours to show off how smart you are? The more the merrier and it gives your friends a chance to help the club out.
As well as the quiz there will be door prizes, lucky numbers - with a chance to win cash prizes - and several novelty games with prizes on offer.
We will have soft drinks for sale at very reasonable prices and we'll be be running a sausage sizzle, again at very reasonable prices. Nothing like a well cooked steak or sausage sanga smothered in onions and sauce to fill the holes. Or can we tempt you with a chivapi or grilled chicken roll? You're welcome to bring your own beer, wine and spirits. And a plate of nibblies to share with your table wouldn't go astray.
Get your table of 10 organised now, collect the money and pay at the door. If you'd like to attend but can't organise of a table of 10, don't worry, we can organise a table for you.
