Four flags for the season
Congratulations to all teams that played finals last season and to all successful enough to reach Grand Final week.
Four new premiership flags to be hung on the wall came from the following teams:
• U14GB Beavers - coach Brett Amezdroz
• U14BA YMCA - coach Steve Giles
• U16BB YMCA - coach Dan Stewart
• U20GA YMCA - coach Bill van Parreren
Thanks to all the players, parents and coaches who came along to our junior presentation day at the Y on Sunday 30th August.
Apart from the torrential downpour we had, it was a good day all round and congratulations to all the winners of the awards.
Special thanks to Phil and Chris Brown on the BBQ and of course Kasia for all her work in organising medallions and trophies.
The senior presentation day at the Bush Inn was a great night with an opportunity to catch up with a number of past and present players, including a number of members of the Y3P who do such a fantastic job supporting the club.
The Y3P is a group of past and present members of the club who make an annual contribution towards the junior development programs we run.
In fact the junior presentation day and all the trophies, medallions and BBQ is paid for by their generous support.
