The 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Nelson Bay Junior Marlins AFL Club will be held on Sunday 8th September at Dick Burwell Oval. The meeting will commence at the end of the exhibition match and prior to Presentation of the 2020 Team Awards.
This meeting is the single most important meeting of the year for the Nelson Bay Junior Marlins, and your attendance is requested. At the meeting the President will present the Annual Report, which includes the financial statements.
Additionally, we will conduct the election for office bearers for the 2020 season. All positions are open to interested members. There are several key role positions being vacated (Treasurer & Registrar) due to Junior members progressing to the Senior competition. No special skills are required, just a willingness to put your hand up to help. The committee is very supportive, and many hands make light work. Express your interest by completing the attached the nomination forms and returning any time prior to the AGM. Position descriptions have also been attached for your information.
