2015 Season Info
Registration Day – 8th February 2015
From 10 am – 2 pm @ Raeburn Reserve.
All new memberships must complete a PVSC Membership Form and an EDFL Registration/Transfer Form. All new players must provide a photocopy of the player’s Birth Certificate or Passport and you will need to bring the original document which must be sighted before registration can be completed. Please ensure that you bring a photocopy as there is no facility at the Club Rooms to take a copy.
For existing memberships, payment can be made on this date.
Further details about the Registration Day will be sent out shortly.
Fees – Season 2015
One child - $305.00
Family Fee (Two or more children) - $540.00
(Family Fee applies across U18's, Youth Girls & Juniors)
As part of your registration, each player in the Under 10 to Under 16 age groups will receive a PVSC Backpack. This merchandise will be handed out prior to the first round of the season and will only be given to players once they are financial.
OnLine Registration
All current members can renew their Pascoe Vale/EDFL membership via the EDFL/Sporting Pulse website. Please note that all members are required to roll over to 2015 if they wish to play/participate at Pascoe Vale Football Club. Members also include parents who have held Match Day positions and/or Committee Members.

Then Select Pascoe Vale FC. It will ask how many Adults or Children you are registering. Once you have entered this information you are taken to a further screen. Enter your username and password and then continue with the “roll over” process. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, select the second question and the information will be emailed to you to enable you to complete this process (the EDFL will not allow the Administrators of the Club to give out this information in 2015 so you need to request it).
- Please note that you can pay on-line – Single Child ONLY. There is a problem with the family payment option so if you need to roll over more than 1 child, please do so but do not select to make payment. You will need to pay at the Club.
- If you prefer not to pay on-line or need to make a family payment, please attend the Club’s Registration Day on Sunday, 8th February.
2015 Information Booklet
Attached to this email is the Pascoe Vale Sports Club – Junior Football Department’s Information Booklet. This booklet outlines the Codes of Behaviour for all members, various procedures and processes that are in place at the Club, who to go to if you have an issue that needs to be addressed etc. All families are required to read this Booklet. The last page of the booklet is to be returned to the Club fully completed. This acknowledges that you have read and agree to the Terms and Policies contained therein.
Coaching
There are a positions still available within our Under 14, Under 12 and Under 10 Age Groups. If you are interested in coaching, please contact Craig Richardson ( 0413 082 730.
Social – Junior Calendar of Events
The Junior Social Committee have numerous family fun nights planned and to assist with planning, our Social Calendar for the 2015 season is attached. The Pascoe Vale Football Club’s Gala Dinner, the highlight of the Junior Calendar year, is a night that should not be missed so mark the 11th July into your calendars now. Tickets will go on sale soon and look out for the early bird discount of $10.00 per person.
Pre-Season Training
Will be held at Hallam Reserve (unless otherwise advised). Please note Moreland Council advised that at Hallam Reserve, no person is permitted in the roped off area around the turf wicket and that only runners are to be worn for Pre Season Training – NO football boots.

Player Sponsorship Photos
Will again be taken this year. This has been scheduled for 18th March for all members. All forms are required to be handed in by 27th March with payment to ensure that we have the photos displayed at the Club by the beginning of the season. This year we will be again obtaining two photos, one for display in the Club Rooms and the second photo to be handed to your Sponsor together with their gift at the beginning of the season. The relevant form is attached.
